Vacant Full Stage
Our specialty, we transform an empty house into a home that potential buyers will find irresistible. An UpStaged Staged property not only shows better, but also dramatically increases it’s value and strengthens the buyer's emotional connection to the home.
Occupied Stage
Don't have a vacant space, but need your listing to shine the second it hits the market? We'll work with your client's furniture and decor while supplementing it with some of our own to create a warm and welcoming space buyers will love.

If a full stage isn’t in the cards, we’ll still help! We give your homeowners a focused action plan that elevates the home’s look and strengthens buyer interest.
